Effects:

Says Allah (swt) that we should sincerely and with open heart repent for our sins and should consider Allah (swt) the oft forgiving. The one who repents with true heart Allah (swt) makes him his beloved Says Allah (swt) , undoubtedly Allah (swt) loves those who repent for their sins and keep themselves clean and pure”.

Treatment:

After every prayer 420 times ‘Ya-Tawwab’ should be recited insha Allah will be blessed with true repentance. If recited and blown on the tyrant, then kindness will be gained from him.
