Effects:
The effect of this virtue of Allah (swt) is that his servant himself becomes firm in character and influences others 
too,by giving up in-sincerity and adopting serenity and sincerity. Firmness is truth and in-sincerity is false, hence both can not reside in the same person.
“Jaa-al-haqqi- wa-Za-haqal – baatil” i.e. Firmness, seriousness or devotion and dignity is found only in a firm person. This quality of Allah (swt) is reflected in his messengers, the righteous and the pious only.
Treatment:
Every muslim who will adopt firmness and will seek it from Allah (swt) will be victorious over his enemies and those against him and after every prayer it should be recited 511 times
