Meaning:
The distress-or. The one who brings distress the one who creates that which makes one despondent.
Effects:
The distress which Allah (swt) creates for his servants could be for his betterment or to examine his patience. Hence one should restore his patience and be thankful to Allah (swt) when in distress
Treatment:
Before sleeping if any one recites ‘Ya-Dhaar-ru’ 1011 times along with Durud at the beginning and at end of the supplication, insha Allah, then he would be relieved of all concealed and known troubles and he will move closer to Allah (swt) .
